Goat Cheese Flatbread
You know those quick and easy dinners that are SO easy to make, yet taste so good? That's what this little gem is. After discovering my love affair with goat cheese, my girlfriend Misti passed this recipe along to me and it has been on repeat ever since. Hot, cold, leftover, as a snack...you name it- I love it. I've tried lots of different varieties of veggies and have even added chicken- every time, it's pretty darn yummy. Oh, and did I mention easy?
Here's what you need:
1. Pizza crust: I usually buy a Boboli wheat thin crust, but for this particular go around, I just used a Pillsbury Wheat thin crust.
