spring fringe!
every year around march/april i impulsively cut bangs. usually by july i am over them and let them grow back out. i realized while we were planning our next merchandise moves at work that i LOVE change. i love moving, i love changing my look and most of all i love rotating my closet. it's sort of addicting. i think next i am going to go really blonde for the summer. lots of people fear changing things, but i kind of live for it. i wore a version of this outfit last year, but i can't help but pair this sweet heart sweater with an even sweeter floral print. i thrifted this skirt last week and it was down to the floor. i like the refresh i gave...
