My outfit reminds me of one of my very favorite pieces of music: "Blue Shades" by Frank Ticheli. It's jazzy in some places, sweet and calm in others, and panicky and sultry in others. Just as the sweet and soft flute and oboe solos end, there's a huge gong crash and a fun, jazzy clash with back-beats and an insane clarinet solo that defies basic musical physics (not to mention the insane runs that make my fingers ache just thinking about how fast...
