Stuck in speed bump city.
Navy lace dress: c/o Pussycat London . Navy cardigan: mum's. Horse belt: Primark. Ballet flats: 50p, Russell and Bromley, via ebay. Saddle bag: vintage, via Claire . Tartan scarf: £8, ebay.
