Last Tuesday I woke up with a mutant head-brain-body ache which quickly progressed into full-blown Female Flu, which everyone knows is quite serious and would leave any 'I'm fine, I'll just take some Beechams and sleep on the train' naysayer bedridden. So much of last week was spent cosseted in Orla Kiely sheets, eating ice cream and watching Blair Waldorf and friends take Manhattan. Despite feeling like standing in the shower might actually be the end of me, I still got up and dressed every day.
