Sweater, Skirt: Forever21 | Flats, Tights: Jcpennys When I told my mom I started shopping at Jcpennys, she made a sly comment that it's an old lady store. I beg to differ, thank you very much mother ;-) Actually, that's what I grew up thinking Jcpennys was. A place for old ladies and older ladies to shop at. Maybe I am one of those older ladies now, but I could careless because I sure am finding some darn cute stuff there! Plus when all you have is a Jcpennys and a mall the size of yours and your neighbors home put together, then your options are limited where you shop.
