H e happens to be in a band, a some what famous band. (Famous enough that I don't want to say the name on here) . Let's just say we're tal king Billboard top 20. When my land lord (who is also in a band but isn't as famous as the neighbor ) said who was moving in, I thought it had to be a joke. Wh at kind of rock er moves in to a studio apartment? !
