Spring Dressing With Asymmetrical Hems
It's a cape, it's a dress, it's a top with a train?? Let us discuss that one piece in the wardrobe which is too long to be a blouse, but too short to be a dress, a piece of clothing stuck between beautiful and weird, a closet- adolescent, waiting to grow up to a full outfit! T his flowy chiffon asymmetrical blouse (from Romwe.com ) fits the bill! I wore this with a fitted skirt here , and honestly,did not pay much attention to it for a long time.
