Hit the Books, Hit the Town
Happy Thursday, all! Midterm week is over, and tonight I celebrated! My mom and I went to the Museum of Latin American Art in downtown Long Beach for their En La Noche event - it was fabulous. Half price appetizers, docent tours, live music, wonderful art, warm weather...it was exactly what balmy summer nights should be. True, I would have enjoyed drinking some Chilean wine while there, but alas, it was not to be with my mother also in attendence.
