Rainy days and Monday's ~ the Carpenters had it right ~ they can get you down. And when that rainy day is on a Monday? I know I've gotta try hard to fight the urge to stay home under the covers! Many of us don't have the luxury to stay home on rainy days (or Monday's) ~ life, work and responsibilities force us out and about. So when that's the case, dressing cozy and cute is one way to combat the "rainy day Monday blues". A pair of Wellies should be in every girl's closet for days like this.
