Luckily, we came out on the other end just a bit colder and scared from one hellish cab ride the night it hit so my thoughts go out to anyone who was directly affected. And while my shoes are a bit worse for wear (damn you deceivingly deep puddles at street corners!), you can't beat seeing a snow white New York.
