A Leap Backward or Is It Forward?
The top I am wearing is a Paul Sachs Original. I am thinking it's a late 40's design. I have quite a funny story to share. I bought this top and really loved the idea of a bold red velvet scarf and matching belt coming with this jacket. The design totally appealed to me. The plaid wool fabric and tailoring looked so nice in the images before purchasing. So, I get the top about a week ago and decide to wear it this weekend. I've seen Paul Sachs ads in various vintage magazines and know it is a very quality designer. I tried the top on and I was okay with the top but wasn't completely happy with it.
