Comfy Without Sweatpants
Being a tourist in a cold city means you can dress a little slouchy because your coat is covering it anyway! BUT make sure you like what you have on underneath in case you stop in for a bite to eat or a coffee. Also, I would never advise you to not dress well, it is me we are talking about :) I guess I mostly just needed to explain why I am wearing Uggs with a mountain of scarfs: warmth and comfort on my lazy vacation.
