Twenty Three and Feeling Free
These past few days have been filled with such fun and totally crazy moments. Aside from the prrrrrt prt prt of Sinulog last Sunday, my friends and I got a head start of the festivities when I celebrated my 23 rd birthday at The Henry Hotel in Cebu .
