While at home in Arkansas over the holidays, we had a Christmas miracle - a White Christmas. Since the start of Google-able weather documentation in 1875 until now, there have been only 12 White Arkansas Christmases (I just looked this up!), none of which occurred during my previous 24 Christmases... so it was a good & bad surprise. My childhood dreams of waking up to a blanket of snow came true... certainly good. Bad because Arkansas doesn't typically get cold until late January, & my shoe choices reflected this assumption (in my defense, those open toe T-straps sure are cute!)... so thank goodness for borrowed rain boots!Christmas morning started with rain,...
