Overdo it, oversize it
Honestly, I didn't expect a year I anticipated so much to start so crappy. Seriously '13, you're getting on my nerves. First a horrible gastroenteritis that tried to stop me from enjoying the wonderful meals of the holidays (it failed, I still ate a lot). Now, I've injured my deltoid muscle, which besides hurting like hell is stopping me from getting back to a decent work out routine, thus disabling me from burning the fat I got from eating despite the gastroenteritis.
