This beauty of a dress was given to my by an amazing Etsy designer, Penny Pardy. She makes beautiful vintage inspired tea party dresses. This particular style is just one of the many that she sells and they're all super beautiful! I've never received a hand made item before and let me tell you, this is the real deal. The quality is impressive. It's thick, comfortable and has pockets! Y'all better check out Penny Pardy. My awesome little sister, Lisa, made me this pretty little hat. She also made me a scarf and a really awesome headband. This hat is probably one of my favorites. It's a pretty color and it's so comfortable. I've been planning outfits around the color....
