The new year
January sunshine in Michigan is a rare sight, but we've been seeing quite a bit of it this month! It makes me so happy. It's crazy what a little bit of sunlight will do for your mood. I honestly can't complain about this mild winter, but I'm also very much looking forward to spring. I'm glad I set so many goals for winter though because I need time to accomplish them, so it gives me a reason to enjoy winter almost. I love running at the gym and looking outside at the snow and gray skies... and thinking to myself, when all of this is melted and it's warm outside, you'll have accomplished the goals you set for yourself. It's super motivating! I really loved this weekend....
