our first shopping trip {in over a year}
yesterday was our first shopping trip since 2011! it was a great day of girl time and bargain hunting.
the most interesting thing was to see how differently we shop now. in the past, we would sort through, piece by piece, try mountains of things on and buy a significant amount of them. this time, we looked for specific pieces matching our lists, tried even fewer of them on, and only bought our absolute favorites.
neither kat nor i got very much {she found a fantastic pair of red-orange flats and some black skinnies and i found a mustard cardi and gorgeous burgundy wedges- brand spanking new at goodwill for $5. {holla!}
