Culinary trip Day:1!
This Christmas we decided that rather than paying tons of money to dine out on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we could spend the money going for a culinary trip instead. After a lot of research we had our shortlist and started our effort to actually plan this. We wanted to go to a restaurant in Northern France which many experts consider to be one of the next great starts, one restaurant in Belgium that is the modern version of an inn, and one of the best restaurants in the Netherlands.
