I hopped a plane back to San Francisco and spent four wonderful days with my family, but knowing I'd have to head back to Philadelphia so soon left me feeling rather sad and homesick. I made the most of my short trip, however, and left with a suitcase crammed with the loveliest of gifts, including this 1960's polka dot dream dress and beautiful vintage Ferragamo shoes.
