Welcome to planet vintage!!! Ok, so the top is not (actually it's a dress I covered up with a skirt), but the skirt is. Love the combination of anything old and new and this combo just seemed to do it flawlessly.I love the combination of the thicker rocker boots and dainty jewelry.
