hair waving and dinner at our friends'
This is from a couple of weeks ago, when we went to have dinner with two friends. They are both amazing cooks and put on such a feast – and they top their previous efforts every single time. It's our turn next to cook for them... oh, the pressure! :D I don't know exactly what we'll do for them but I am thinking oysters and lots of champagne! Knowing that I would be eating well (read: too much, far, far too much) I wore a forgiving 1940's style print dress. I love the floral print of this dress, and the way the turquoise flowers pop against the dark red background.
