So, I didn’t want to say anything before just in case I didn’t stick with it (I have a tendency to start fitness programs and then dwindle away), but I’m almost into my fourth month of Crossfit! My husband joined in February after we both did an intro class together. He loved it immediately, but after feeling like my lungs were about to explode (after only 12 minutes of activity), I decided that it wasn’t for me.
