Clothes are useful (but not essential)!
Bought this grey jersey dress in Toppers the other day. When I took it up to the till the assistant commented that it’s a nice dress and I agreed with ’Yes, I think it will be useful’. Which is quite a stupid thing to say because all clothes are useful really in terms of keeping us warm in these cold times and saving us from public nudity (which isn’t to everyone’s taste – although Rufus Wainwright made it look tremendous fun on Friday night).
It is quite a useful dress though as it’s comfy, stretchy and a good neutral colour /shape for dressing up or down. You can also add all manner of layers above and below. All for that...
