Monthly Homework Assignment for January: Ice, Frost and Snow

Several ideas rushed into my head for frosty outfits, but in the end I chose to go with ice. We don’t get a lot of snow or frost in Southern California, but there was once a time when Hollywood loved to sparkle like ice.
