Someone explain to me why I've never worn a red dress before this one? When I slipped this on I was baffled. However did I overlook something so amazing? I either feel super festive and have an urge to toss around tinsel as I walk, or I feel like I should be walking through woods with a wicker basket slung over my arm, with a red hood over my head to match.
