hey happy thanksgiving!
Hey again! Not sure how a whole week went by just now. While boxing up our apartment, each day has seemed like a sunrise wake-up with mister E and then 5 minutes and a bag of cheerios dumped on the floor later, it's midnight. But alas! We did get ourselves together enough to pack amongst the packing and head down to North Carolina for Thanksgiving with our good friends, Geri and Jason. You might have seen these two on my blog before. Jason has Cystic Fibrosis and the road to recovery since his double lung transplant has not been an easy one. He was admitted to the hospital on the day we arrived and had to stay overnight and into Thanksgiving, so we ended up cooking...
