I was able to schedule a voice lesson with my teacher today, and it was so wonderful meeting up with her again. She's a vocal professor at a university an hour away from where I live, so I don't get to have lessons very often. But when I do, it's absolutely lovely. I always get an interesting feeling whenever I go to the campus, walking into the music building and down the hallways, hearing students warming up their voices and playing beautiful pieces on their instruments as I go past the practice room doors.
