First 5K Under my Belt and Preacher's Wife in Camel
Completed my first 5K on Saturday! Whoot-Whoot! I was so happy to finish the race, but my Achilles is still hurting a lot and I wish I would have been able to run without worrying about my foot! I am hoping it will be well soon, so I can continue training for the half-marathon in December. I really want to complete that! Me with my running crew! I could NOT have done this without the support of these ladies! My friend Judy, on the left, has helped me so much -I would not have had any clue if not for her.
