Hurricane Sandy Update
Hi guys. Thank you for all your comments, tweets, facebook messages, and emails asking how I'm doing. Today's post isn't going to be about fashion, but instead an update on the aftermath of Sandy. Most of you know I live one block from the ocean on the Jersey Shore (I won't name the exact town for privacy). Sunday morning I made the decision to evacuate to my parents' who live inland in central Jersey. I begged my hubby to come, but he insisted on staying behind. Monday night the power went out here before Sandy even made landfall. As trees swayed from side to side, the sky lit up blue for hours with exploding transformers. Cell service began to get spotty.
