Dear friends in the East Coast : I'm so sorry to hear about the horrendous hurricane that you all had to endure this week. I hope you and your loved ones are all safe and well. And my apologies for a week of silence. I had a cold this past week and was dressed anything but glamourous. My doctor prescribed me with antibiotics but at the same time gave me a flu shot. I'm not sure if I was feeling more miserable from the cold or the flu shot....probably both. But I'm feeling much better today. This weekend I have one birthday party to attend but other than that I plan to stay in my sweats and relax. And don't forget Sunday's Day Light Savings!! I...
