I actually made this Woodland Fairy outfit several years ago - I found the gold dress at H&M and gathered pink, green, brown, burgundy, and champagne layers of tulle to form the skirt. For the wings, I shaped twig-covered wire then wrapped them with eyelash yarn. I added little gold sequins to the under layers of the skirt and to the wings, and topped off the wings with some small flowers and a bird.
