Years ago I had someone ask me why I was looking down. “Are you upset? sad?” “No” – I responded, “I’m looking at shoes!” Ah, shoes… mama loves ya. In addition to shoes, I also love cooking! Tonight I decided to try Ina Garten’s Spring Green Risotto. It was amazing! So creamy and flavorful. In addition to the veggies Ina suggested, I also added mushrooms, zucchini, and artichokes. Healthy and delish! Start with a sauté Prep veggies for a heart healthy meal Add broth and stir, stir, stir… Still stirring… Time to eat!
