The sun sets so quickly these days in the Philippines. It just means we're nearing the end of the year. About this outfit, I've been a fan of cutout dresses for some time now. There are so many interesting cutout designs, from geometric patterns, to laser cuts and different shapes. My cutout dress from Romwe has a heart-shaped hole at the back.
