Forever 21 Mini Hat, Chiffon & Lace Top c/o Forward To All, Forever 21 Belt, Black Skater Skirt c/o Romwe, White Mountain Booties At first, when I received this top as a surprise from Forward To All, I wasn't quite sure how to style it with some type of film/literature character inspiration. But after watching Sweeney Todd that week, I immediately felt the connection between this top and Mrs. Lovett's Victorian fashion. This double buckle belt was the perfect addition to create a corseted look at the waist, and to keep the look more modern, I went for a short, skater skirt!
