As a rule of thumb, think about who you will be seeing throughout the day; that always helps me determine what I am going to wear. Do you just love a zany piece from your wardrobe or do you have a fab combo that you just can't get enough of? The solution is easy: wear that combo or great eye-catching piece multiple times a month, but know your audience.
