Black velvet
Today’s work outfit. A bit of a rummage in the ironing pile and a pre-8am dash for the ironing board this morning – less than ideal! This velvet ‘top’ is actually a dress from two years ago, which is fine as such for nights out but too short for the office so I wore it over trousers and a long-sleeved tee with a leather biker and coat on top for outdoors as it’s turned really chilly this week.
The boots are pretty uncomfortable (too pointy) but I’m very fond of them:
