When I received my whimsical Echo Park ballet flats from Tieks four weeks ago, I wanted to see just how versatile polka dot footwear could be. I thought it would be a fun personal challenge to create at least four different outfit combinations featuring these spotted cuties on my feet. My first styling and official review of these shoes was a pairing of wide legged jeans under my dress of many colors.
