Have you ever said to yourself, “I’m not good at anything!” Or “I can’t do anything right!” How about “If only I was good at _____!” Yep, I’ve been there! There have been many days when I felt totally useless and had nothing to offer, nothing to give. And although I don’t like what aging is doing to my body, it has improved my mind and my mindset.
