Sunny Steps
Popping in whilst sat with my feet up, sipping a protein shake and recovering from this mornings 13 mile run. Everyone else was at Farnborough Half Marathon this morning so I went out planning to do 10 but extended the route as my legs felt ok-ish. Dug deep the last two miles as I was tired but added another 13.22 miles to my 300 chase! The sun is shining (weakly) so I imagine we’ll nip out later for some sunny steps. The below outfit is from two weekends ago when the sun was out and we walked to the library.
