Mid Month Update
Good morning! We’re already halfway through January and there are early signs of spring around; snowdrops are out along the banks of some of the country lanes I drive down every day to work, the daffodil bulbs are pushing through the frozen ground and slowly but surely sunset is getting later. Having really struggled with autumn and winter the last few years it feels good to have recognised the triggers and made some changes. So far this winter I’m feeling ok! I really think finding the Heather Robertson YouTube channel and starting the HR12 4.0 programme last June had a huge impact as I carried on working out at home on the days I didn’t want to run outside.
