I can’t believe that it is mid-November and the temperature is still in the high 80s. It’s ridiculous. OK, to be fair, it’s pretty crisp in the morning and it’s cool in the shades, but for November, it’s not good enough. My cold-weather wardrobe is absolutely languishing away in my closet, while I have to dig out the warm-weather pieces I haven’t worn in a while, like this top. Unfortunately, I think I’m going to have to retire it after this. It still fits me, but the fabric is starting to show signs of wear and tear – that’s the problem with cotton. Well, at least it’s had a good run.
