Bonjour from France! We are at the house for 8 days this week, the weather forecast is not brilliant (rain of course, it's autumn....) but it's work week so we will make the best of it. Personally I need the break, even if I'm gardening, painting etc, I need a break from the mental load of getting up at 6am to make breakfasts and packed lunches then driving in the darkness / fog to school / work. Working all day long then driving in the rain / dark to collect not-so-small now people from football or cricket or take them to gymnastics to be collected at 9pm.... Then thinking about everyones dinner, encouraging homework, showers, reading. Rinse and repeat. It's not all on...
