A Night At The Ballet: Swan Lake
This year, following the success of Giselle from last year, our National Opera & Ballet put on a performance of Swan Lake . I’ve wanted to see this ever since I missed my chance when we went to Russia, so of course I jumped at this chance. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire production – of course, it cannot compare to the classic works of the Bolshoi and the Mariinsky, but it’s very good considering we had no ballet company to speak of up until 5 years ago.
