Stick With The Programme
Good news! I'm still sticking with the HR12 4.0 programme and feeling good - despite various bits of my body feeling sore or achy most days. My running has taken a bit of a hit as with the shocking weather (rain, rain, rain) I've been choosing at home workouts and doubling it up some days to fit them in around everything else. I've completed 17 sessions now and am halfway through week 4 (of 12, eek!) I finished reading The Great Believers on Monday and it made me want to start And The Band Played On again, which I've been reading on and off since 2018! It's a huge brick of a book with tissue paper thin pages and teeny tiny text so a few pages takes a while to read,...
