How time flies when you are once more flying solo at home! Joe is away again, I think that is the fourth, maybe fifth, time this year and another two week visit to Singapore is on the cards for June... I don't mind as I'm always at work / ferrying E&F around between keeping the house ticking over and getting out running but Sunday of this bank holiday weekend just gone felt lonely. I ran 7.5 miles early as the sun was shining then it rained for the rest of the day so I alternated between watching Fat Friends on Netflix and gloss painting the banisters / skirting boards up the stairs.... fun! I did run 10 miles with my sister yesterday, broken down into two 5...
