On Repeat...
Wow it was a scorcher today--92 degrees in the shade at 4:30 in the afternoon in October! Teaching after lunch was difficult to say the least. Without a/c it requires a whole lot in order to teach and learn in a sweltering classroom with 32 nine year-olds after lunch recess (many of whom have not discovered deodorant yet)! The kids were good sports and did a really nice job though this afternoon. In the morning I kept in mind the forecast and dressed for the heat. You've seen this outfit before, but I haven't worn it to school and I was happy to have the chance to wear it again. I had on a white cardigan this morning, but it came off by 8:00!
