Something Plain
Here’s my outfit for this week’s SIA, inspired by the Hipgnosis-designed album cover for Pink Floyd’s Atom Heart Mother . The band themselves described their vision for the cover as “something plain”, so I went with a simple, straightforward outfit for my interpretation. My top + skirt combo is a nod to the cow, and my jacket and shoes are to reflect the grass and the sky. I thought about adding a brooch or something, but that would take it from the simplicity, so this is what I’m sticking with, and I’m happy with it.
