Happy weekend all! Leeds are playing Middlesbrough after beating Swansea midweek, E has an extended gym session then we're hoping to get to a Christmas market at a local brewery plus have a long run planned Sunday morning. Not sure if it'll be 10 or 13 miles, depends what time we manage to get up and out! A friend is running his 500th parkrun this weekend - he started in February 2011 and posted a screenshot on Facebook in the week showing which club members were there almost 13 years ago.
